Just Wondering

Watching and Waiting

I love this image of little Wyatt Cooper as he is lost in curiosity. Something has captured his attention, his little hands still clutching his favorite books.

I can relate. I have been seeking, searching for answers for awhile now, asking God to show me some  specific things. I yearn for answers about my calling and purpose. And so like little Wyatt I stand at the window and wait, gladly forsaking toys and activities to hear from my Father.

Still praying.

Matthew 11:25 ~”At that time Jesus said, “I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children.”

    Mary Anne,
Your website and blog have been my guilty pleasure today! Guilty only because I have so many other things that I should be doing. Pleasure, because I sit and am in awe of your talent- and because I am also looking out that window praying for the Lord to direct me and give me the right time to nurture my own gift and be able to share it the way you’ve shared yours. I look at your blog and long for the day that I’ll have the time and freedom to devote to it. I dream of being like you one day, flowing in my gift, and enjoying photographing my own two beautiful grown daughters. However, I wouldn’t wish away the blessings of today that keep me so busy for anything. I just wanted to say that I relate and that I’m so inspired by you. I’m also so grateful to have met you. It was so quick but you’ve been a blessing and you don’t even know it. I am praying for you to have the direction that you’re seeking from Above. I hope that you know how amazingly talented you are and how much your work means to others. Be encouraged. 🙂
I can’t wait to hear how the Lord works it all out for your good. Romans 8:28
